MobileVOIP is an app that uses third party VoIP service providers to
make free calls. Unlike Skype, you can change provider depending on the
calling rates they are offering.
When you install MobileVOIP, you must choose the VoIP service you want
to use and select the destination country although not all countries are
available.
MobileVOIP call costs to landlines abroad are comparable to Skype and
it's multiplatform so you can call just about any device but the call
quality is very variable.
